Remove "In-game graphics mode switching"

Please completely remove the "In-game graphics mode switching" toggle and leave it permanently on. It has no particular use, and a bug that causes it to turn off automatically frequently interferes with player control. It's easier to decide on a graphics mode by seeing how it actually looks, and turning it off only restricts player control, so I don't see the point of its existence.
