New Mob: light blue/ cyan slime

A new cave slime that is light blue or cyan. This new slime crawls on the celing and drops on the players head dealing damage. if not killed the slime will move to the closest wall and climb up and drop again if it can. It could also stick to the player slowing them down. When killed the slime drops a slime ball that can be cooked to make dye of its color. The ball could aslo be used to make a new slime cube. The ball could also be used to make a slowing thrown potion.
