Allow Realm members to manage worlds

It would be great if it were possible to allow members to manage the active world in the realm. Whether changing the difficulty in the settings, managing and adding resource and behavior packages, gamemodes and etc. Because sometimes friends have packs that we'd like to try out in realms.
