BEDROCK REALMS OVERHAUL

First we need to fix the realm raids I hate having to reset my realm when some kid on discord finds the code NEXT we need more settings and lag fixes have settings like -lag options (pick stuff to improve fps) -reports so people can report other players and only admins can see the reports ADD A DISCORD PROXIMITY VOICE CHAT SYSTEM SO OF YOU ARE ON A DISCORD ON XBOX YOU CAN HAVE PROXIMITY CHAT
