cape selector added to minecraft launcher

Hi mojang! I wanted to ask for something. Minecraft has capes. We both knew that. But it would be a lot easier to be able to customize capes and import the to be used in the game, While still keeping the original idea through challenges, just like skins. this would work almost the same way that skins work.
