Make the "/me" command Toggleable

I, and MANY others, have had the issue of a advertising bot for a hack client join our worlds, turning off multiplayer is not a viable option, nor is invite only. The bots join and spam the /me command which bypasses any anti-bot addons. If /me could be toggleable with /gamerule it would solve this. The advertising bot is for "Lumine Proxy". Please consider this!!
