When playing Minecraft on mobile using 4 or more fingers (claw playstyle), the camera often moves unintentionally.
This happens because any slight finger movement on the screen is interpreted as camera input, even when the player is trying to press buttons like jump, place, or break.
Many modern mobile games support advanced multi-touch layouts by separating control zones (for example: movement on the left, camera on the right). However, Minecraft currently allows camera movement from almost anywhere on the screen, which causes conflicts when using multiple fingers.
This makes advanced gameplay difficult and inconsistent, even on devices that fully support multi-touch input.
Add an option to restrict camera movement to the right side of the screen
Introduce touch input “deadzones” to ignore small accidental drags
Improve multi-touch handling to support 4–6 finger playstyles
Allow more precise customization of control zones in settings
