Custom team name colors with hex codes

Making team colors hex based would be an extremely small and easy change, that would make a huge, huge difference in the coding/server community. I, and many, many others have had so many issues, and creative restrictions come from the limited team colors. Making an option for teams to be hex driven would take no more than 10 lines of code, and would he a huge chain lifted from coders and sever runners. This has already been achieved with server side mods, but if you run a server that requires plugins like skript, there is no way to get around this restriction.
