Using the select tool, the user can select an area like normal, then apply a biome to that region. This would affect foliage colors and, if applicable, mob spawns. I know this might not be as simple as it sounds, but considering features like this exist in Java, I figure it's doable in the editor! :)
Later, there could be a feature that regenerates flora and fauna, given that the area is large enough (say 1 chunk).
