If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Have Wither Skeleton Skulls rarely replace Skulls in Deep Dark Cities

That way you can either farm Wither Skeletons in the Nether or search for them in Deep Dark Cities while avoiding the Warden. It's still a similar difficulty but adds variety in how to find them.

    Here's a question: which is more terrifying, fighting something powerful that you've seen before whilst dodging other powerful mobs, or creeping through a dark place, knowing that you could very easily summon and attract your opponent: the Warden, something new that you know is way too OP in a bad way?

    Good idea, making wither skeleton skulls accessible in other ways, without removing the danger factor.

    This would interfere with Wither skeletons and the nether fortress.
