Strategy to Bartering

How about instead of giving piglins all the same trade-tables, they can each have different ones. Some piglins can give soul speed books, some do not. Some have a higher chance to give ender pearls, some have it lower. And some just give gravel and strings.

The only way to know is by bartering with them, and recognizing their loot patterns, so you can choose which piglin to prioritize bartering with. This would make bartering far deeper and fleshed out, and less grindy. It would also make gold more valuable, as players would be using more gold to find loot patterns.

    This is a good idea. The only problem is for speedrunners. They need random trades like they are currently, as they cannot spend time testing for which piglin to trade with. Maybe, piglins would specialise in certain trades, the more they trade, starting off with their default trade probabilities. As the piglin continues to trade, each item that he trades will have a higher chance of re-appearing. This would allow the player to have more immersive trading, while keeping fast speedruns possible.
