Bring back the crowdin translation cpe project.

The translator cape project was a great way to get peole in the comunity to get involved with the  translation of minecarft an contribute in their own way to their favourite game. I believe that bringing it back offitialy would be heard of as great news by many people. And make players feel involved in the creation of Minecarft, while havinìg a clear, stable goal: getting the translator cape.
Thank you for your time and I hope you like my idea.

I absolutely agree with this idea, but they also should then get People to watch out for griffers, last time people only contributed garbage so they would "try" to get the cape, also I believe you could get it only if you were a ProofReader
