Sulfur Spikes should create a cauldron of Awkward Water

Sulfur Spikes when placed on a block of potent sulfur with water above it, would distill the water in a cauldron to create Awkward water. When picked up with a bucket it would remain just a bucket of water but when picked with a bottle it would turn into an Awkward Potion. This could be a reliable way early way to gain access to potions before the nether and be a possible way to obtain Awkward Potions without nether wart.
