Add dragons

Add a very rare biome similar to the "dragon" mountains in avatar, where they fly around and stuff. Getting a dragon should be very rare, so in order to attract a dragon you have to offer for example a netherite block (hold it in your hand), one dragon will fly to you, however there is a x% chance the dragon will just take the block and fly away, or it will take it and you now have a dragon. You can also not get a second dragon until you kill your own or it dies. You can ride it, but whenever you mount of it, it flies away. In order to call it again you have to use a special "dragon horn" type of item (again a rare item), once you have this you can call upon your dragon whenever you wish to fly it, it will hear it and come flying to you.

I think something like this is way more interesting than a lot of other mobs, it also introduces several layers in order to unlock the full potential of the mob:

-Find the biome
-Get netherite block
-x% chance a dragon will just steal it
-Once you get a dragon you need the dragon horn to fly it again
