Niter and sulfur powder

Like amethyst geodes we can get sulfur geodes or a similar structure which will include niter blocks and niter crystals beyond already added sulfur blocks.

New blocks:

• niter
• niter crystals (white palette, similar to calcite).

In these geodes you can either add a sulfur ore or let potent sulfur drop powder items when mined without Silk Touch.

Sulfur Powder can be used in many different way:

• crafting of potent sulfur (4 power items in a cubed shape)
• yellow dye: one dye per sulfur powder item
• nausea potion: sulfur powder brewed into awkward potion
• enriched soil: sulfur powder item applied to tilled soil, increasing growth rate by .25 flat (for like 5 days or N number of crops fully grown), then returning it to just tilled dirt

Referring other feedbacks, using niter crystals from geodes, sulfur and charcoal you obtain gunpowder (useful for peaceful gameplays).
