In the Java Edition of Minecraft tipped arrows are considered to be a "late-game" item because a lingering potion is required to craft them. In the Bedrock edition of the game, the crafting recipe stays the same despite the ability to fill a cauldron using a potion to create a tipped arrow. Tipped arrows would be more utilized by players if it was accessible before reaching The End. This would also introduce parity between both versions with how the cauldron works. In Bedrock, witch huts spawn with a random potion inside the cauldron. This feature also acts as a "show don't tell" feature similar to ruined portals work and is essential for gameplay, especially beginners. In addition to this feature being added, the ability to add different potion effects to Potent Sulfur should be considered as well. The nausea effect is crucial for the biome of the Sulfur Caves, but allowing the player to adjust what effect is applied after they obtain it would allow for more creativity and expression. The particle effect from the Potent Sulfur would additionally change in color to match the color of the potion effect that has been applied.
