About vulkan support across devices

So hello mojang it's my first minecraft feedback so please ignore the grammar issues. So since we are now transitioning from open gl to vulkan a lot of people with older gpu or even newer gpu with driver issues are going to have issues like i personally have the fillModeNonSolid Check (FAILED) and VK_KHR_push_descriptor Check (FAILED): even when I do have vulkan 1.3 so maybe set-up a fall back system where if we don't have some of the requirements we can still boot into the game in compensation to the max performance potential we could have had if our driver was perfect

    yea bro... my laptop supports vulkan 1.2, then too mc uses opengl 3.3 core..... can u also vote on my thread? like it requests to lower ulkan requirement.. a similar demand
