What to do when support says They'll 'ignore' further messages?

I’ve played Minecraft since 2012, starting with Pocket Edition 0.2.1 on my iPod 4 because my parents didn't want to buy anything online at the time. In 2019, I redeemed the Founders Cape on this account. Life eventually got complicated and I had to focus on other things, so I didn't play for a while. I recently returned, only to find that my Founders Cape and some texture packs I bought from the Marketplace have been deleted.

When I contacted support, I received a pre-written response. When I requested to escalate the matter for a human review, I was told that any further communication on the subject would be ignored. As someone who has supported this game since its earliest days, being dismissed so abruptly feels like a total disregard for someone truly passionate about this game.
