Render Dragon for everyone

Hey mojang, I bhought minecraft recently and the Bedrock is just not allowing me to use vibrant visuals. I would like to suggest that let vibrant visuals and differed technical preview should be for everyone. The graying out is because my GPU is DX 11 feature level 11.0
