Remove Telemetry

In Minecraft: Java edition user data collection is mandatory. The player's world data along with user id is collected and sent automatically. This even includes the operating system on which the client is running, such a feature should not exist in the first place and if it would be present anyway, any and all data collection should be opt in. I request complete removal of the telemetry system and if not possible changing to an opt in system, where a user has to enable telemetry data collection.
