Improve Chat Notification Clarity in Party (Main Menu)

Goal: Help players instantly recognize when a notification is a message from a friend. Problem: Currently, notifications only appear as a red badge, which does not indicate the type of notification. This can make it unclear whether the alert is a chat message or something else. Suggestion: Add a chat icon (💬) alongside the red notification badge to clearly represent incoming messages. Why this matters: This small visual addition would: - Provide immediate clarity without adding extra text - Improve user experience, especially for mobile players - Reduce confusion in the main menu when waiting for friends

Example: 💬 + 🔴 badge instead of just 🔴
