Remove the black outline around the heart and food icons

The black outline around the heart and hunger icons above the exp bar look old, similar to when food items had a black outline around their texture before a texture update. I suggest removing the ugly, black outline and replacing the icons with simpler and more user friendly textures (NO OFFENSE TO THE ALREADY EXISTING TEXTURES)
