Better Organization Options for Skins on Java

In the launcher in the java skins options once you have made a lot of Minecraft skins it is hard to navigate and find the one your looking for. So there should be options for better organization and navigation of Minecraft skins. 

Including:

• the ability to create and edit folders for skins.
• a default folder for the default Minecraft skins, that can be hidden by choice.
• adding a search bar for skins.
• the ability to reorder skins.
