Minecraft has many magical or special attacks (wind charges, fire effects, sonic attacks, evokers, vexes, etc.), but current armor mainly protects from physical damage. Because of this, there should be a simple system to handle stronger or magical attacks.
Mythical Armor is not a new armor set. It is trimmed netherite armor (with diamond/crystal trim) that can store charge.
Charging only happens using an Overloaded Beacon. A beacon is crafted and then surrounded with netherite blocks in a crafting table to upgrade it. When placed on a pyramid and fully overloaded, it emits a darker beam. The armor only charges when the player stands directly inside this beam, not by range.
The armor shows charge using a glow (like redstone strength). More glow = more charge.
It only activates when:
hit by a magical attack, or
hit by a weapon attack ≥ ~2 hearts
When activated, it:
reduces some damage
gives a very short protection/regeneration effect
Charge decreases on use. When empty, it becomes normal netherite again until recharged.
This keeps it balanced and does not replace potions or enchantments.
