Spawning and Variants
Spawns in bamboo jungles as a Chinese red panda its the common one or the rare Himalayan red panda variant. Himalayan red pandas shed fur more their fur can be used to upgrade Stink potions time.
Emotions and Personality
They climb trees and sleep when not given a job. They have 4 moods: Normal, Happy (healthy), Scared (low health/fleeing), and Aggressive (attacks players when hit or startled until tamed). They make unique sounds for each mood. Tame and breed them using bamboo leaves obtained by shearing bamboo.
Protection and Abilities
Tamed pandas follow you. They stand on hind legs to scare away smaller mobs. Within 10 blocks, they use a spray that stops creepers from exploding and gives Nausea (4s) and Blindness (2s). If they recently ate an apple, these durations double. After spraying, the panda runs away faster than the player. they come with toggleable modes so you can make them only scratch or only spray or both or dont defend. If spraying is on cooldown, they use a scratch attack that causes damage over time. Reset cooldowns by letting them sleep or feeding them many bamboo leaves.
Food Poisoning
Feeding more apples than or as the bamboo leaves they ate causes food poisoning. You must use a potion of regeneration within one minute to cure them.
Fur and Brewing
to get Red Panda Fur you need to wait for them to shed fur. Use this to brew a Splash Potion of Stink, which gives players Blindness and Nausea, and makes mobs flee the area.
