Vulkan Render in 26.2-snapshot-1

I liked Vulkan! My weak laptop (GeForce 550 with 2 GB, 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1215U 1.20 GHz, 8 GB of RAM) only slightly dropped below 60 fps while flying in creative mode, and this was all on the Fabulous graphics profile (but with level 12 render distance and simulation). I didn't bother much with tests, but by feel it is definitely much, much nicer; in any case, Vulkan is OP!
