Using kosmickrisp instead of moltenvk for vulkan in macos

In the newest snapshot vulkan is translated using moltenvk on macos. Using kosmickrisp through mesa would be better

    Moltenvk performs a lot better than kosmickrisp at the moment, Like a lot better. And that’s expected, I believe they’re making all the features work then get it to be optimized. So down the line in let’s say 2-3 years yes kosmickrisp might be a good idea to switch to. But for now moltenvk is the better option
