change to skydiving mode with control button when in the air

I'd like to do a skydiving maneuver when in the air and also perhaps effects of falling when high in the air falling with the wind or the types of effects skydiving gives. I was thinking ctrl has no effect in the sky and that skydiving is cool and perhaps even a parachute. My suggestion is for Bedrock the one I play, and also Java.
