Dear Mojang, we have some suggestions to improve the Bedrock survival experience:
Separate Mob Caps: Currently, farm animals fill the global limit, stopping hostile mobs from spawning. We need separate caps for hostile and passive mobs (Java parity) so the world stays dangerous even with a farm nearby.
Locking Workstations/Beds: Villagers often link to blocks inside player homes. Please let us "lock" blocks (e.g., using Honeycomb/Wax) so villagers cannot claim them. This would allow us to decorate without unwanted crowds.
Wood-Specific Chests: We need chests that match wood types (Birch, Dark Oak, etc.), just like boats and signs. This would greatly improve interior design.
Small Golem Collision: Small utility mobs (like Copper Golems) often block each other in 1-block wide passages. Allowing them to pass through each other would make them much more effective in builds.
Attack Reach Parity: Players easily "cheese" tall mobs like Iron Golems by standing 3 blocks up. If a player can hit a mob, a mob of that size should logically be able to hit back. Increasing their vertical reach would make combat more tactical and fair.
Thank you for your hard work! Andrij
