Overlap music disc audio over background music

It is annoying when I’m trying to listen to a music disc on the jukebox block when the background music is on full blast out loud playing at the same time. I propose we bring back the mechanic from legacy console edition where if you put a music disc into a jukebox block, the background music will suddenly stop and let the jukebox play.
