Little Changes

Hey, so I use my elytra a lot, and can never tell if my character is crouched while i'm in the sky, are you guys able to add something so players can tell the difference?

 

Also when I go into my inventory or open a container my character un crouches and I keep falling off blocks because of it, are you guys able to take a look at that as well?
