Currently, Mojang only releases the Bedrock Dedicated Server (BDS) binaries for Linux x86_64 and Windows x86_64.
To run these on ARM-based servers, users must use "translators" or emulators (such as Box64 or FEX-Emu). While these tools are impressive, they introduce significant performance overhead, leading to:
-
Increased CPU latency.
-
Lower player capacity.
-
"Server Lag" warnings even with low player counts.
-
Stability issues during world generation.
I am asking to Provide a native (ARM64) Linux binary for the Bedrock Dedicated Server. Since Minecraft: Bedrock Edition already runs natively on ARM architecture (Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch), a Linux ARM64 build would allow server owners to utilize high-performance ARM cloud instances efficiently.
