Bring Bedrock Editor Chunk Management and Pruning Tools to Consoles

"Hello Mojang, I play on console and I love long-term survival worlds. However, every time a new update drops, my world becomes a mess of old and new generation. While PC players can use external tools to prune chunks, console players have no way to clean their maps. Please add an official 'Reset Selected Chunks' tool for Bedrock Edition. This would help to: 1. Fix terrain borders and blending glitches. 2. Bring new features and biomes closer to our existing bases. 3. Keep world save files optimized and clean."
