This would change mace-elytra, spear pvp. A whole variety of pvps to not be able to see anything, and have to rely on close combat, even that would be challenging.
Its balanced cause people will need to search for sulphur caves and overall a really good change.
As well as this im thinking a potion of nausea brewed from sulphur. This combined with blindness would change pvp forever...
