Add a settings to disable/enable Vsync and to fix somthing

In Minecraft: Java Edition there is a setting in video were you can enable/disable Vsync but in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition there are no setting optition to disable Vsync I would love it if there was a Vsync option in Bedrock Edition so can you please add it? Also there is a bug if we disable Vsync it keeps resetting EVERY SINGLE SETTING ON LAUNCH so please can you also fix that please!
