New mob: Mud dweller

The mud dweller is essentially a version of the phantom. They spawn in bogs at night, darting around underneath the mud. You can locate them by the brown particles they give off as they swim. When you step on mud near them, they swim around for a little, then jump out of the mud and lunge at you. You cannot hit them while they are swimming in mud, so this is your chance to strike. They drop mud blocks, and are mostly just a cool, unique mob to add to swamps.
