Sulfur Cubes Eaten by Frogs Place Their Carried Block

If a sulfur cube is carrying a block and gets eaten by a frog, it should place the block into the world at the coordinates it was at before being eaten. If the position is occupied by something like a slab or string, drop the block instead. This would be a good controllable interaction to automate block placements in a unique way.
