The latest Bedrock preview added Sulfur Cubes and Sulfur Caves for testing. While it may not be intentional, sulfur caves are currently very common, whereas sulfur lakes are not. The biome should have more of them, because right now it just feels like a normal cave with a different color scheme. To make the caves feel more unique, there should be a way to grow sulfur (and possibly cinnabar as well) similar to how amethyst grows. This would encourage players to revisit the caves more often. It would also make them overall more interesting if they were rarer.
One last thing that many people have already mentioned: the water in these caves should be toxic. Sulfuric acid isn’t something a human can safely bathe in.
