Nausea Effect should causing players unable to eat/take damage when eating

When people in nausea in reality, they are in uncomfortable sensation of queasiness or the urge to vomit and dizziness, making screen to warp and wobble in the game is cool, but its not enough.

the nausea effect should relate to player's hunger, like disable player's eating or not able to increase hunger bar when eating and damage player's health like they have vomited

  alternatively the nausea effect could give you hunger so eating becomes inaffective and so does healing without food so you need to remove nausea before eating.
