Ocean Villages

Add ocean villages. Buildings are made out of blue, yellow and white glazed terracotta. New villager house will be fisherman's house, and it has a small part of it hanging over the ocean. These only spawn next to coral reefs. Fisherman villagers sell fish, kelp and rods, plus buried treasure maps.
