illusioner improvements:

Currently sometimes illusioner copy are floating in the air and other ones are in ground normally and illusioners hold their bow in their left arm weirdly like a crossbow and this can be easily fixed and reducing the Blindness effect from 20 seconds to 10 seconds in the hard mode would be better/balanced and illusioner are 100% complete mob and make them spawn in Woodland Mansions but in a new room and Raids
