Evokers should use Totem of Undying during Raids

Evokers should hold a Totem of Undying during raids and use it to show they are prepared, whereas those in woodland mansions should not use and hold one, as they are not prepared for this.

This change would make also raids stronger and more engaging, as it follows the logic that Evokers should be prepared for battle. It makes more sense for them to use a Totem of Undying during a raid than when they are caught off guard in a woodland mansion.

Evokers will hold a Totem of Undying in their hand during summoning vexes or evoker fangs, This already exist and can be done if you summon a evoker with /summon evoker ~ ~ ~ {equipment:{mainhand:{id:totem_of_undying}}}

Evokers dropping totems shouldn't be affected and it should be the same as it is now.

  In Woodland Mansions: Evokers are at home and feel safe and They won't hold or use a Totem Of Undying because you attack them caught off guard.
  
  During Raids: This is a planned attack. it is only logical that when going to raid a village, they would carry their most valuable item to ensure their survival
