Wither Skeleton Outposts, Wither Raids, Hog Hero Effect

Wither skeleton outposts generate in soul sand valleys, and have variants of wither skeletons that carry flame bows, wither skeletons with stone spears riding wither skeleton horses, and wither skeleton captains carrying a stone axe (wither skeletons spawned outside fortresses have a much lower chance of dropping their skulls). Some wither skeletons spawn with chainmail armor (like their overworld skeleton counterparts). They contain midgame loot, such as raw porkchops, stone tools, golden tools, netherwart, skull banner patterns, bows, arrows, and magma cream. Killing the wither skeleton captain drops an ominous bottle, which gives the player the "Wither Omen" effect. If the player enters a bastion with this effect, a "wither raid" begins where all the above variants of wither skeletons descend upon and invade the bastion. If the player helps the piglins defeat the raid, the player gets a "Hog Hero" effect where all piglins become passive towards the player and protects them from harm, and piglin brutes become neutral towards the player.
