Redstone Ore affect on compass

Redstone ore should affect compasses by making them go haywire and spin around randomly just like when the Nether and End dimensions.

    maybe you could be a radius of 50 like beacons

    clocks should also be affected by this.
    so when your underground mining and you use a clock to know the time it would just go haywire around redstone ore.

    and it could be used to find red ore to mine.

    what if the Nether Portal could also make it go haywire when you're standing next to one.
