Make Settings Buttons Optional in a Separate Screen via Accessibility Menu

In newer versions of Minecraft Bedrock, the Video(and others) Settings button opens a separate menu screen. For many players, especially on mobile or touch devices, this disrupts the flow of navigation. Adding an option in the Accessibility menu to choose whether Video Settings open in a separate screen or remain integrated would give players more control and improve usability across all platforms.
