Shape command

Command that allows you to draw a shape out of a block of your choosing. The command should allow you to choose an axis, a radius, and if the shape is hollow or filled. Example: /shape <pos> <shape> <block> <radius> <axis> “true/false”

#true/false will determine whether the shape generated is hollow or filled

#this command should support 3d shapes
