Remove sensitivity delay on touchscreen devices. The sensitivity delay is a huge nuisance for mobile devices. This is unfair because this sensitivity delay doesn't exist on any platform other than touchscreen devices. There's a sensitivity delay on any touchscreen device, and it's unique to Minecraft Bedrock. You can check this by turning on Circle Control. When you move your finger across the screen, the circle will move with a delay. On older versions, for example on 1.1.5 (Minecraft Pocket Edition), there is no such problem with sensitivity.
