exclusive stuff for minecraft premium

I wish premium minecraft had exclusive stuff as non-premium minecraft have recent version updates and they have the same servers as premium servers like hypixel.
What I mean is that premium minecraft must have something that non-premium minecraft doesn't have, I don't count the skin because you can easily have a skin on non-premium servers, the idea is that there must be something exclusive for people who pay for the game.
