Can i have a cool cape with a blue gradient on it

i have been playing minecraft for 10 years now and i really love this game and i just wanted to ask

if i can have a cape with a blue gradient on it pls i think minecraft needs more capes and one of my 

dreams is to have my own cape my minecraft username is Mythix2l
