Allow console achievements to transfer to newer versions of bedrock.

I am a fellow trophy hunter. I spent hours getting all minecraft achievements on the PS4 edition of the game. One thing that stops me from playing my free PS5 copy of the game is the fact my achievements don't carry over. This up to developers to implement, and I have had other games that sync PS4 trophies on the PS5 editions of their games. This would be a great quality of life feature so players don't have to grind for the achievements again.
